DANGER!
Our products are GLASS and agate, and they are breakable. Broken glass and
agate crystals can leave very sharp edges, so as with all glass products,
exercise common sense in their care and use. These products are for display
purposes only - they are not toys. Do not allow children or pets to play with
them or leave the products in places where small children or animals can access
or reach them. Broken product can leave very small but still sharp pieces
of glass debris. Do not attempt to repair broken products - discard them immediately.
Always dispose of broken product properly in a trash container, then sweep
and damp-mop areas where products have been broken, or use a high-suction
vacuum cleaner to remove debris.
RETURN POLICY
We realize that our products are glass and as such, SOME degree of breakage
in shipping is inevitable. However, we ship these products routinely to many
varied destinations and have developed what we find is statistically the most
effective way to wrap and ship our products to avoid as much breakage as possible.
IF YOUR PRODUCT ARRIVES BROKEN, inform the company at once and return the
broken product FREIGHT PREPAID (WE DO NOT ACCEPT COLLECT SHIPMENTS) within
five business days of delivery. Products kept over five business days after
delivery are not returnable. A replacement product will be shipped to
you at no charge. DON'T ATTEMPT TO REPAIR BROKEN PRODUCTS.
We will replace a broken product for a customer ONCE. We have found it HIGHLY unlikely that the same customer will receive broken product twice in a row. (If that happens to you, buy a lottery ticket, quick!) Then call us to talk about another replacement - if there are extenuating circumstances and we are in a good mood that day, we might replace it, but we don't guarantee anything.
